On Saturday at Bothasig Market, our self-defense session was about so much more than physical techniques.

We spoke about awareness. Boundaries. Confidence. Speaking up. And refusing to remain silent.

Because sometimes self-defense starts long before the physical fight.

It starts with recognising when something isn't right. It starts with saying NO.
It starts with trusting your instincts.
And it starts with knowing that your voice matters.

Your voice is your superpower.
Don't silence it.
Don't apologise for it.
USE IT.

And when words aren't enough, know what to do next.
