WELCOME TO THE TEAM, NADINE & DAYNA ⚡️
As we get closer to opening our Bree Street studio, we’ve been growing our team behind the scenes while completing their STOTT PILATES training. You may already recognise these familiar faces from class - and now you can officially book into their classes too✨
They’ll be teaching selected classes in Sea Point and Claremont to start, with their full schedules launching alongside our Bree Street opening 🎀
✨ Meet Nadine Samantha
Nadine graduated from the Waterfront Theatre School in 2016 with a qualification in Musical Theatre and Dance, and has since performed in numerous national and international productions as both a singer and dancer.
After discovering a passion for movement and wellness through teaching Barre in 2019, Nadine made the exciting decision to transition into fitness full-time in 2026, completing her STOTT PILATES Intensive Mat Course along the way.
Alongside Barre and Pilates, Nadine is also a Ride instructor, Step Aerobics instructor, and dance coach. Her classes are energetic, empowering, and guaranteed to leave you feeling strong and confident.
✨ Meet Dayna Green-Thompson
Dayna is a qualified Barre instructor who recently completed her STOTT PILATES Intensive Mat Course. With a background in contemporary and hip-hop dance, movement has always been at the heart of who she is.
Her love for mobility, strength, and intentional movement led her to Barre - a method that beautifully combines Pilates, ballet, mobility, and strength training. Dayna is known for her creative choreography, dynamic compound sequences, and expertly layered Total Barre Amplified classes that challenge coordination while keeping every class fun, energising, and rewarding. 💫
