Shoulder pain? It might be your rotator cuff. 🦴

Your shoulder has 4 small muscles that hold your arm in place and let you lift, reach & rotate. When they’re injured — everyday tasks become painful.

The 3 most common injuries:
💙 Tear — muscle or tendon rips
🟢 Tendinitis — inflammation from overuse
🟡 Bursitis — swollen fluid sac

The good news? PT is the #1 first step for all 3 — and can help you avoid surgery entirely.

We want to hear from YOU. 🎉

What’s something you couldn’t do before PT — and can now?

Maybe it’s walking up the stairs without grabbing the railing. Picking up your grandkids without bracing for pain. Getting back on your bike. Sleeping through the night for the first time in months.

Whatever your win is — big or small — it matters. 💙

These are the moments that remind us exactly why we do this work. And your story might be the thing that finally convinces someone else to take that first step toward feeling better.

🇺🇸 Land of the free because of the brave.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything in service of our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we get to gather with family, lace up for a morning run, or simply enjoy a quiet moment at home.

From all of us at ActivePT, may today be one of remembrance, reflection, and gratitude. 🤍
