This week's features are rooted in a shared love of French cuisine. 🇫🇷

When Chef Austin and Chef Dewayne first met, they quickly bonded over their backgrounds in classical French cooking. Chef Dewayne came up through French kitchens in New Orleans, while Chef Austin trained in a classical French kitchen in St. Louis.

The Tuna Niçoise Salad and Pan-Seared Rockfish are dishes that speak to both of their culinary roots and showcase the skill, technique, and creativity they bring to the kitchen every day.

A huge thank you to Anna Christian for leading a fantastic Pure Barre class and helping our members start their day with energy, movement, and fun. We were thrilled to see so many members come out to enjoy the beautiful morning, connect with friends, and focus on their wellness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—we loved seeing the pool deck filled with such great enthusiasm! We look forward to more wellness events and classes throughout the summer.
