Rochester Acro Rochester Acro is an AcroDance studio that utilizes the Acrobatic Arts progressions to ensure the safety of dancers as they perfect their craft!

We offer small class sizes to ensure that all dancers receive a great deal of one on one attention. All our instructors are highly trained through Acrobatic Arts, with many years of experience teaching AcroDance.

This class is designed for athletes learning or refining their back walkover with proper technique, flexibility and control. In this walkover lab, we break the skill down so students can move safely and confidently through each phase of the skill - without rushing or collapsing through their back.
