Aikido of Rochester

Aikido of Rochester We are an Aikido dojo that teaches Aikikai style of Aikido. Aikido is a martial art that requires close personal contact.

We are a satellite dojo of the Twin Cities Aikido Center and, as such, periodically attend classes in the Twin Cities. For the safety and consideration of all participants, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required before participation in practice.

Great Class with Nadir today. Worked on Iriminage entries from katatetori, kosadori, ryotetori, tsuki, and yokemenuchi, as well as fundamental tai sabaki. Also various Jo and Bokken suburi.

We offer classes weekly on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am.
