Aikido of Rochester

Aikido of Rochester We are an Aikido dojo that teaches Aikikai style of Aikido. Aikido is a martial art that requires close personal contact.

We are a satellite dojo of the Twin Cities Aikido Center and, as such, periodically attend classes in the Twin Cities. For the safety and consideration of all participants, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required before participation in practice.

Great class with Nadir and Gary this morning. Worked on kaitenage from tsuki and shomenuchi and ryokatadori kokyu nage.

Great time to start practicing Aikido. We have classes at the Martial Arts Fitness Center Inc. - MAFCI on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturday morning at 9am!

Great class this morning with Nadir and Gary. Worked on various kokynages from katatedori, aihanmi katatedori, ryotedori, morotedori and gyaku hanmi Jo tori.
