Tai Chi:
Originally from China, Tai Chi provides benefits of combat efficiency, health and vitality, longevity, mind expansion and spiritual health. Tai Chi, as an internal art, is a slow-motion, meditative exercise for relaxation, health and self-defense. It is a holistic approach to wellness (including mind, body, and spirit) and concentrates on relieving the physical effects of stress on the bo

dy and mind. The core training involves two primary features: the first being the solo form (ch'uan), a slow sequence of movements which emphasize a straight spine, abdominal breathing and a natural range of motion; the second being different styles of pushing hands (tui shou) with a partner with practical martial application sequences implied by the forms. Is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, coordinating slow-flowing movement and a calm meditative state of mind. Tui Shou
The wonderful art of Tui Shou or "Pushing Hands" is as important as the Tai Chi practice of Qigong and forms, allowing to experience real and concrete way, all philosophical principles often work abstractly . The Taichi speech connection with wholeness, integration between internal and own, with the outer. By practicing Tui Shou is possible to develop the equilibrium, sensitivity, listening skills, softness, flexibility and the ability to flow in the movement of Yin and Yang with a partner. The aim is to achieve maximum relaxation of the muscles in order to have the energy of the bones and tendons. It is not strength that is at stake, but a pure energy exchange. The Tui Shou requires calm in mind and proper alignment of the body structure so that movement is harmonious and effortless. When minimally achieve these conditions, it ends up being a very pleasant and relaxing practice, and productive for the progression of the skills required by the Taichi. The Tui Shou is based on what we feel and what we touch, that is, is linked to the present and what is, and not so much to believe or want to be. It is an effective art of meditation, an anchor for the scattered mind and a mirror that confronts us with our true reality.
