Park Institute of Taekwondo - Main School For 45 years The Park Institute has been the leading Tae Kwon Do school in the greater Rochester area Your Tae Kwon Do journey begins with a call.

The Park Institute of Tae Kwon Do was started in 1976 by Grandmaster Kun Yoo Park, one of the highest ranked Grandmaster instructors in the world. We provide classes for the entire family; adults to toddlers. We provide instruction for competitions, offer summer camps, as well as complementary classes to give you a taste of Tae Kwon Do. The Park Institute not only shares their knowledge of Tae Kwon Do with their students, they also encourage their students to give back to the community. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday, day and evening times.
