New to reformer Pilates or looking to build a stronger foundation? This 2-day intensive is designed to help you feel confident, capable, and connected in your practice from the very start.

Over two 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn how to properly set up and move on the reformer, understand spring settings and body positioning, and develop the core strength and body awareness that Pilates is known for. Each session builds on the last, giving you the time and guidance to truly understand the work - not just go through the motions.

This is a slower-paced, educational environment with plenty of hands-on coaching, making it perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their fundamentals.

What you’ll learn:
• Reformer setup, springs, and equipment basics
• Proper alignment and posture
• Core engagement and breathwork
• Foundational exercises and movement patterns
• How to move with control, intention, and confidence

Led by Victoria - bringing over 1,000 hours of training across multiple movement disciplines, a strong foundation in breathwork, and extensive experience leading both workshops and teacher trainings. Her approach is thoughtful, detailed, and focused on helping you truly understand and feel the work.

2-day Workshop Cost: $105
