✨ Yoga teaches us the balance of honoring the individual self while remembering our connection to the whole.
We are each unique expressions of a larger collective, woven together through shared experiences, presence, and connection.
While personal practice invites us inward, community reminds us that we were never meant to walk this path alone.
There is strength in self-discovery, but there is also healing in gathering, supporting, and growing alongside one another.
As much as this practice is for the self, it is also for the collective. 🤍
