Do you have a group of 4 or more kids or teens that want to work on strengthening skills, improve power, mobility and flexibility this summer? Customized classes are available starting June 15th at Bells gym Monday/Weds OR Tues/Thur.
ages 8-18. Build your own group or join in with others.
