Congratulations to Rylee Lukes on your success in this year’s Boston Marathon!!! Rylee set her new PR with a 3hr 2min time and we are so proud of her! Rylee has been a client of STS since she was 12 and it has been a true honor training here all of these years! Rylee also creates our marketing/advertisement content for STS, all those really cool flyers, pics and videos… yeah those are from Rylee! Congratulation’s Rylee!

STS Sand Vball Leagues kick off next week! We still have a few spots open for Social 6’s and Comp 4’s so grab a group and get signed up! STS Athletic Complex has some of the best sand courts in the area along with great vibes and an amazing vball community! Registration closes this Friday April 24th, do not miss out!

Attention!!!
STS Spring Strength & Speed Camps start back April 13th! We are looking forward to picking up the tempo this spring and putting those strength gains made over the winter into action.

Due to the increase volume in sprinting, direction change drills and added equiptment, class size will be capped at 15 athletes per session.

Any athletes that registered for the Winter 2026 session will receive a 10% discount for the spring program. Registration can be customized to your athletes availability and as always any unused credit can be rolled into our upcoming summer program. 💪
