Quick trick for reading nutrition labels:
➡️ Take the grams of protein and add a zero.
Example: 20g protein = 200
If the food has 200 calories or less, it's likely a genuinely high-protein food. If it's significantly over that number, it may be more "high protein marketing" than a truly protein-focused choice.
Remember, balance is key. Nutrition and training work best together, and what you eat can have a huge impact on your energy, recovery, and results.
