We’re throwing it all the way back for a Mom’s Night Out 2000’s Bash and you are absolutely going to want to be there!

We’re celebrating 25 years of FIT4MOM nationwide + our amazing Frederick village with a night that’s part workout, part throwback party, and 100% about celebrating motherhood. 💕

Because sometimes a great workout includes lots of bubbles. 🫧😂

One of the biggest hesitations we hear from moms about trying a stroller workout is, “But will my kid actually stay in the stroller?”

We get it! Keeping a little one entertained while you work out can feel like a BIG ask. That’s why our instructors intentionally plan ways to keep the kiddos engaged. Sometimes it’s bubbles, sometimes it’s a favorite nursery rhyme, a parachute, or a silly song.

Our goal? To make it fun for them and give you the space to get a great workout in.

So bring the stroller, bring the kiddos, and let us handle the entertainment. We’ve got you!

They’ve been keeping our littles (and moms!) happily snacking throughout August by providing delicious snacks for our Walk Club and special playgroups—and we are big fans!
