We love a good family moment! Hayden is no newbie (he’s been coming with mom, Alyssa Burkhalter for over a year), but when dad Matthew Burkhalter hit his 75th session Hayden needed his pic too! What an example Matt and Alyssa are to their little boy. Raising him to watch Mom and Dad take care of their bodies is a such a gift! We love you Burkhalters! Thank you for being a few of the people who make this place so special. Keep killing it, Matt! 75 down and many many more to go!

Today we’re celebrating a huge milestone—Clay just completed his 250th session! 🎉

We are so proud of Lynn and the dedication she’s shown to reach this goal. She set her sights on hitting 400 sessions by the beginning of June, and she did whatever it took to make it happen! She rarely missed a day, doubled up on sessions when needed, and showed up countless times even after working late into the night.
