Casey and I want to apologize for the ac being out in the leg room for over a week. We are following policies and procedures in protocol recommended for getting things taken care of. If this was us we would have it fixed by now. We are working on getting problem rectified.

We ask for forgiveness in not having things accustomed to what you our members are used to. We will get this taken care of as soon as possible.

Seated Hamstring Assembly and Pop Pin has been replaced. The machine is working like brand new. We appreciate your patience in the 2 day order and wait as we ordered 1 part and placed it on and it didn't fix the problem. Would like to thank my son, brother, and dear friend Omar for helping me get the piece on.. that's why the gospel said 2 is better than 1. We make sure our equipment is fixed within a week's time. If we can control the fix sometimes its faster.

Our Avalon Stainless Steel Water Fountain is installed. We have to get the sheetrock redone and the the water fountain aligned. Fernando Rodriguez , our very own will take care the renovations to the wall and alignment.

This water fountain is the bomb... Touchless. ( you don't have to push the sides.. place hands close to the sides and water will come on.)

Advanced Cooling and Filtration System... water cooling at its finest... and we installed the 2 part filtration system also which we will keep up with and make sure to keep with replacement filters.

We thank you for your patience as we rectified this problem. Always bringing in better for you guys. We thank Mr. Reggie Johnson also for installing this piece for us.. he had to do alot of work with our stud setup to lock the fountain in place. Mr. Reggie is also our go to for any plumbing needs. If you need a great trusting plumber. He's your guy!

Our Avalon water fountain came in today! We have it scheduled for installation on Monday...

Things about this water fountain:

I look forward to using this one as it has a filtration system that allow replaceable cartridges to assist in keeping the water purged of harmful ions channeling in our piping systems. This one is also self cleaning with dual stage filtration and high capacity chilling capabilities.

We stepped it up this time. We will always level up when we bring in something new. We feel you deserve the best for investing in our business. And Casey and I won't have it any other way. We apologize for the delay... we had to order a new one. We don't have any technicians that do water fountain in my network. But we have it and someone to install for us. We are grateful. And appreciate your patience.

Seated Hamstring Curl Assembly that slipped has been replaced. The old one was worn down immensely. Its so shiny!!! This is a very popular machine. So making sure it functions as it should means alot to Casey and I. I used it Tuesday and it slipped twice on me... That was enough to begin the search. Found part. Ordered Wednesday morning.. got here this afternoon. Installed immediately. We will navigate the situation. If he doesn't fix the problem. The Pop Pin is the next replacement. You guys have a gym that very few items have never been fixed without a sense of urgency. We fix things within days.. not weeks. All it takes is effort.

I strongly feel this rectifies the situation. Today's word is rectify...

To " rectify" means to fix a mistake or make a bad situation right.

Just purchased an Atlantis Abdominal Crunch to replace the Life Fitness one. I never was okay with having this one as I was not told it wasn't in the best shape or what YOU our consumers are accustomed to. Thank you for accepting that piece for the time being. I've learned that even in life at times we have to accept where we are in order for God to take us to where he wants us to be. And this business has always been under his care. Always.

I thank you for your support in helping me always make the gym better for your all. We still have a new Atlantis Decline Bench, GYM80 Inner Chest Press, and Atlantis Seated Hamstring Curl coming in for 2026.

Cybex Plate Assemby was ordered today. Upon looking at the assembly on the present Cybex Seated Hamstring Curl. Our assembly is severely worn as this piece is 20 years old as the Vr3 series was introduced in 2006. We will have this fixed as the piece is scheduled to be here Aug. 14th. Sorry for the Pop Pin Assembly not staying in place. It slipped on me a few times yesterday.... but I was doing the whole stack... so it was bound to occur. I have found that piece as well. We will trouble shoot this item 1st and go from there. However if you did forget... we have a new Atlantis Seated Hamstring Curl coming in September. So....🙌.

We will fix this one for sell when we get the other. But I want to make sure this one goes to a great home as it has provided this gym with plenty of gains.

But they are not allowed access inside. Our office contact is on the door. They can call us or a leave a message or send email. For your safety and the security of the gym. Gym80 Dual Incline Chest Press arrived today!!! We look forward to grasping the mechanics of this piece as it does a dropset for you sliding the weights back to take 30% of the load off the initial press. Have been very impressed with the gym80 line. Hopefully this addition will be a hit for our members.

We always try to keep innovation coming in our doors.

We'll get this in this weekend for our members to enjoy.
