WHAT WE'RE WORKING IN JUNE ๐Ÿ‘‡

SOUTH ใ€ฐ๏ธ Pistol Squat. Control + Stability
The ultimate test of single-leg strength, mobility, and balance. Pistol squats build lower-body strength while challenging ankle mobility, hip stability, coordination, and body awareness. The ability to control your body on one leg translates directly into everyday activities like climbing stairs, hiking, and running, as well as helping prevent falls as we age.

NORTH ใ€ฐ๏ธ KB / BB Clean. Strength + Athleticism
A full-body compound movement that trains strength, power, and coordination all at once. Cleans challenge multiple muscle groups while teaching you to generate force through the hips, stabilize through the core, and move with speed and control. Itโ€™s one of the best exercises for turning strength into athleticism.

ATHLETIC ใ€ฐ๏ธ Box Jump. Explosiveness + Power
Explosive power with a healthy dose of agility, coordination, and confidence. Box jumps train your nervous system to produce force quickly, helping improve athletic performance, reaction time, and lower-body power. They also challenge body awareness and landing mechanics, teaching you to absorb force safely and efficiently.
