If you ask us when we started parkour, we might respond with, "When did you stop?" Parkour was in every single one of us as a kid; jumping off swings, climbing trees, and hopping over cracks in the sidewalk. We encourage people to rediscover the creative, natural movement that we all loved when we were 3 feet tall. Training with us is fun and feels more l

ike playing than exercising. Because of this, you will keep coming back for more, moving your body in challenging new ways, and gaining valuable strength and mobility needed to live a long, healthy life.

4. QR codes will be posted around that will take you directly to the challenge page

Competition info
- Criteria for a combo: 3 to 4 linked techniques performed back-to-back, with one technique feeding into the next.
- Community-based judging and voting
- Be mindful of downtime between movements and making your combo too long
- All judging is subject to community voting
- 4 weeks to submit 1 clip (june 20)
- must be completed at
- no mats or spring floor allowed
