In honor of the Open and your bday month - and your dedication and support for our community - we wanted to extend a very special thank you. What better month for you to be recognized in than March?!?! Our very own professional judge and deeply caring friend of gym - we are grateful to have you part of the Rigar fam. Thanks for being so supportive of us as we grow and of the other members in class. You have been a light in our community with your involvement in events, consistency in classes, and enthusiasm for the sport of CrossFit. Thank you for all the additional time you have spent helping us organize events, donating equipment, and donating time and resources to help us grow. You are an inspiration for all people who are 50+ trying to get strong and stay healthy. Keep up the hard work.

Thanks for all you do and for bringing so much joy to this space.
