Annual Memorial Day Murph workout this Monday 9am honoring those who paid the ultimate price 🇺🇸
Bring a friend! This is an all welcome community workout.
Lots of ways to do this workout:
- “mini Murph” (half the volume)
- break it up as needed (i.e. 5, 10, 15 x 20)
- Relay with a buddy (each partner does half) #
- Murph’s way (workout with weighted vest)
No matter how you do it, just show up and have fun!! 🫡
