In large gyms, you usually find the same problem:

Mass production.

Crappy education. Crappy attention. Crappy standards.

Everyone gets processed. Very few people get coached.

That’s not our culture.

Our culture is being coached.
Being sharp.
Being effort-forward.
Being energy-forward.
Being the kind of hot that comes from discipline, self-respect, and actually giving a s**t.

Days go by. You get older. The mirror gets more honest.

All you can really do is keep training, keep sharpening, and keep becoming the version of yourself you’d be proud to run into.

Never stop trying to be hot.

Not just face hot. Not just body hot.

Energy hot. Effort hot. Discipline hot. Personality-that-doesn’t-need-a-hostage-audience hot.

Because mid is the enemy.

And honestly, neglecting your health while building tolerance for a community of mids is not a personality.

It’s just disappointing.
