carnivore is a good learning experience about how to form the foundation of your eating plan.
once you understand carnivore, you can build a meal plan that keeps all the benefits without feeling too restrictive
that being said a person can get used to eating a delicious steak every meal, maybe eggs in the morning.
maybe this sounds too extreme, but extreme reference points are often useful, even if temporary. Especially if you're fed up with what's not working.

Beverley felt strong today. She is consistently squatting over 100 lbs and working back up on deadlift with 5 reps in a row and no long breaks @134 today. Today her pain level was low so her body gave her the green light to mop up the workout.

But just "finishing" a race when it comes to fitness, come on!
It's time to get more specific, and raise your standard.

I don't know how I ran a 55s last year.
But I do know there's a difference between finishing a race and competing against yourself.

"I ran X miles" So what? What was your time, what was your time last time, and what the heck are you going to do about it?

Here is exactly how my client lost 10 lbs in 9 days.

I used to HATE deadlifts
