Molly lost 65lbs and learned how to keep it off!
mocogni has been an online client of mine for the past 2 years and I am so proud of the progress she’s made working with me!
She was successful with weight loss before she started working with me, but the biggest thing I’ve helped Molly with is life after the diet.
Many people stop doing the habits and routines for nutrition and activity that led to weight loss which often results in weight regain post diet. This is worse if you’re following a restrictive diet plan or an unrealistic workout plan.
Molly works as a teacher and has a social life, which means she couldn’t live in a gym and eat chicken and broccoli all day!
I created time efficient workouts that fit her busy schedule along with a nutrition plan that focuses on high protein while eating a variety of foods she enjoys eating.
She’s found a way to be consistent with activity and flexible with her nutrition plan which is key for long term success. Great work, Molly!
