Each week is a new chance to set your trajectory for . 🚀

Mondays are great to increase your productivity and exercise motivation.

If you train on a Monday, it’s much more likely you’ll get three solid sweat sessions during the rest of that week. ✅✅✅🗓️

We’ve seen this and know it from experience… Skipping a Monday makes it easier to skip a Tuesday, a Wednesday and even a Thursday.

Which makes it hard to go on a Friday – when Friday afternoon is the work-out you absolutely don’t want to miss! 😃

Rounding off your week on a Friday afternoon gets you pumped for a great weekend, whether you’re going out for socials, 🍷🍺🥩🥧 attending a great show 🎤🎸🪩 or even just staying home. 🛋️📺
