A Sunday reset, the ALIGN West way. ✨

Join us August 30th for the ALIGN Pilates Half Day Retreat at Bathe, Austin. An intentional morning of movement, connection, and feeling good in your body.

We’ll kick things off with an all-levels Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and leave you feeling energized. Then, settle into the kind of slow, feel-good Sunday we could all use a little more of and get access to saunas, cold plunges, and more at Bathe. 🤍
