We're thrilled to have Paige on the ATX Pilates team! Here’s a little Q&A:

"Paige, what made you want to become an instructor?"
✨ "I started practicing Pilates because I had back pain, and once I saw and felt how much it helped me, I wanted to learn more."

"What do you enjoy about it?"
✨ "It’s always different! Every session and class has different bodies, injuries, and strengths, and there are endless ways to use Pilates equipment and props, so it stays interesting."

"Why do you like teaching at ATX Pilates?"
✨ "I love the laid-back vibe of the studio—Erica has decorated it impeccably, and I love being there! I also love the neighborhood."

Paige is a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast who was introduced to Pilates in 2017. She has completed over 600 hours of Pilates certification and is an Advanced Therapeutic Practitioner via Erika Bloom Pilates. Paige loves Pilates’ deep mind-body connection and the range of movement options for all bodies.

Meet one of our lovely instructors: Courtney 🤍✨

"I took my first Pilates class when I started working at a studio in 2017. I instantly fell in love with the workout and how it made my body feel. I grew up doing dance and gymnastics so finding a way of movement that made me feel connected to that again felt amazing.

Thanks to some encouragement from my former studio owner, I embarked on my certification journey in 2017 and proudly completed it in 2018!

Since moving to Austin three years ago, I struggled to find a studio that felt as welcoming and supportive with rockstar instructors until I found ATX Pilates.

In my free time you can usually find me on a walk with my pup Duck, at Zilker, or near a body of water."
