Over the past few years, my work has naturally evolved and deepened in a direction that feels incredibly aligned.
While my main work now focuses on helping women around the world heal their relationship with body image and food, I continue to offer private mental wellbeing coaching for a small number of clients.
At the heart of both spaces is still the same intention:
helping people move from overwhelm, self-criticism and disconnection toward greater self-trust, confidence, calm and wellbeing.
