A new chapter is beginning…

After many years of offering regular in-person appointments at Natural Living, I’ve decided that Thursday 1 October will be my final day.

But this isn’t goodbye. Far from it.

Natural Living has become Noreen Angela, and I’m so excited about what’s coming next — a new website, new ways of working with me, and some things I’ve wanted to create for a very long time.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this chapter.

Here’s to the next one.

Scared to say no?
Putting everyone else before yourself?
Find it hard to have boundaries and to express them??

No.

Two letters that can sometimes feel incredibly hard to say without the need to overexplain yourself, justify yourself, or make yourself feel bad or selfish.

Start practising saying it in the mirror to yourself with conviction. Imagine yourself being able to say it to people that you often overexplain yourself to, or are scared of.

You are teaching and developing a new neural pathway in your brain where you can have safety by saying the word no.

I’ve spent the last few months getting clearer about what sits underneath all of my work.

Whether it’s burnout, people-pleasing, addictions, anxiety, unhealthy relationships or feeling lost, I keep coming back to the same question:

Many of us spend years putting everyone else first.

The relationship.
The children.
Work.
Other people’s expectations.

And somewhere along the way, we lose sight of ourselves.

One of the most important questions we can ask is:

Where am I in this equation?

Because constantly coming last isn’t selflessness.

It’s self-abandonment.
