Champions aren’t built by perfection — they’re built by mindset. 💥

Arthur Ashe’s words say it all: Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can. And in tennis, that mindset changes everything. 🎾 Start where you are: keep your head cool, stay grounded, and remember that on any given day, anyone can beat anyone.

Use what you have: trust your qualities, stay humble, and when the match begins, focus only on how to use those qualities to win. 💡

Do what you can: fight, try, and accept that losing is always a possibility. Once you accept that, the pressure drops — because you can’t control the result. The only thing you can control is giving your best effort. In the end, the quality of your performance always follows the quality of your mindset… and this quote captures that mindset perfectly.

The rain has finally come in at Nelson Lawns. All our preschool and red ballers 3.30-4.15pm are cancelled today. Going to make the call on the rest of our groups in 30 mins. Keep an eye on your emails.
