7 of our teams are hitting the road this weekend, while our Chargers and Colts will be flying the flag on home turf. If you’re able to, get along and support the teams! Your cheers from the sideline make a huge difference!

The forecast is looking pretty good for Friday night, although it could be a little windy. Saturday is currently looking like a few showers, so fingers crossed the weather holds off and everyone gets a great day of rugby

After a week off, it was great to see our tamariki back out on the field giving it their all! A huge congratulations to our Player of the Day for your outstanding effort, positive attitude, and commitment this weekend. You should be proud of the way you represented the team.

After a week off I know a lot of our juniors have been itching to get back on the field.

We’ve got a big weekend of rugby ahead and we can’t wait to see our Newlands kids back doing what they love, running hard, scoring tries, supporting their mates, and having fun.

Whether you’re playing, coaching, managing, or cheering from the sidelines, thank you for being part of what makes our club so special. Seeing all the green and red out there each week makes us proud.

Good luck to all our teams this weekend. Play hard, play fair, and most importantly enjoy every minute of it.

🟢🔴Massive congratulations to Xzavier for taking out the Cyclones Leadership Award at the tournament! 🟢🔴

This young man gives 100% every time he steps onto the field. He runs hard, puts his body on the line, makes some big tackles, and always gives it everything he’s got for his team. More importantly, he leads by example with his effort, attitude, and determination.

Well deserved award, Xzav! Keep working hard, keep backing your teammates, and keep being the player you are. We’re all backing you 💯 and can’t wait to see what you achieve next.
