Netball Wellington Centre is based at the Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington. We also hold competitions and courses at Hataitai Park, 43 Ruahine Street, Hataitai Wellington.

Following the completion of Stage 1 of the NetballSmart Netball NZ Open Champs, we are delighted to share that our Netball Wellington Centre Opens team has secured three from three, giving them the solid start that they were aiming for.
This morning's game against North Harbour had them under pressure in the first 2 quarters, with our team pulling away in the 3rd quarter, giving them a good advantage heading into the 4th quarter. They held onto this lead to secure the well deserved win.
They will head into stage 2 this afternoon at 5 pm against our sister centre, Kapi Mana Netball. We will post the full schedule for their next round of games following the completion of the games that started at 10:50 am.

Your support has meant the world to the players and their management, and to us as a Centre. Ikaroa ki te Tonga Māori Netball is gearing up for the 2026/27 season which culminates in the Aotearoa Māori Netball Oranga Healthy Lifestyles (AMNOHL) national tournament at Waitakere next Easter (2027).
