🎉 After-School Kids Programme 🎉 Hāwea Flat

It’s finally happening!

Being right next door to Hāwea Flat School, launching an after-school programme felt like the perfect fit.

We’re looking forward to providing a local option for families, where kids can build strength, confidence, and athletic skills in a fun and supportive environment.

These classes are designed to teach the foundations of strength training safely and appropriately for growing bodies.

Enrolments for Term 3 are now open. If you’d like to register your child, simply send us an email or sign up through our website.

In celebration of Mother’s Day, we’re sharing our chat with Nat, a mum of three, an incredible woman and business owner, and someone who has been part of our community since the very beginning, training with us back when Inner Strength Hāwea first started in our garage four years ago.

Through every season of motherhood, Nat has continued to show up with strength and resilience, and we’re so grateful to have watched her journey unfold alongside ours.
