What an amazing experience for Team Wānaka a little town from the bottom of the World on World Stage again but this time in Thailand at the Wako World Cup and they pulled it off even in the current global circumstances so incredible. What an incredible experience for the Wako New Zealand Kickboxing team! From Wānaka to Abu Dhabi, what a journey! ✈️

Pheline Rosin had 5 fights in 4 days against some incredible fighters from around the world. 💪 Going through the fighting with a few injuries throughout the fights and pushing through for the medal. Pheline is coming home with a Bronze medal for NZL🥉 and the only medal this year for the NZL team! What an inspiration you are to kickboxing females and to so many people, showing that hard work pays off. ✨ Only being 20 years old and coaching, fighting, and being a full-time student. We are all so proud of you! ❤️



Caspin Orbell, you had some amazing fights and experiences! 🥊 Fights against Israel and Poland, both top 8 in the world, at your first World Championships! You put it all out there and came out with something no one can take away from you, representing NZL at the Kickboxing World Championships. You are an inspiration to so many, showing that hard work pays off and dedication brings rewards! 💪🌟

What an honor to have had this amazing experience for the New Zealand Kickboxing WAKO team. orbell also had the honor to meet today who is an amazing inspiration. Along that President of WAKO Europe coming over to congratulate Pheline Rosin for her amazing efforts fighting against Türkei who was an amazing strong opponent and Pheline coming home with a Bronze medal.
