If you’d told us two years ago that we would be on a reality tv show, we would have laughed at you! Simone Maier Emily Wilson
Well it happened and we made it to the final.
It wasn’t the way we had wanted it to end but that’s life right? Better to risk it for the biscuit than never at all.
And in between the intense moments there were a barrel load of laughs 😆

We just hope this might inspire more people to get into our great outdoors, because life is definitely better with adventure in it! We are excited to see what you are all capable of and to help you find that potential A Level Up

To our camera operators Tom Walsh .hancox and Soph thank you so much for your patience (while we dithered with decisions), your arms of steel (those cams were heavy), your pep talks, the legs (to keep up) and your creative vision to capture all the action and our beautiful country.

To the rest of the teams, you lot are a great bunch of people and we so enjoyed all the antics between filming. What a neat opportunity to connect with, learn from and grow with such a diverse bunch of low-key big-hitters!

Finally thanks to Rab NZ we love getting to boss it in your gear!

Owe and to the type 1 diabetes that never got mentioned, yup this is living with it and the reason we should have fully funded continuous/flash glucose monitors in NZ Diabetes NZ
