4 hour practice run this morning - loops around my house from 2am - 6am. Practicing running at sleep deprived & at a strange hour of the morning / night 🌚

Hyrox open women’s Melbourne done & dusted. Some of my stations need some work, but overall really stoked with my performance. Runs were great, burpees, lunges & wall balls were also good today - even surprised myself with a pretty good sled pull, considering the ptsd I have from the sled pull in Auckland earlier this year.

A short & sharp six week block of training coming off a six-week holiday proved challenging to get myself back to hyrox fitness.

Loved singles, but very keen to do a competitive doubles one day - female or male, if your keen and can run fast, I would love to partner up 🫡

A suuuuper exciting delivery today! I have been wearing brooks adrenaline’s for years now, and absolutely love them 👟

They have got me through multiple races, including 100 kms and 100 miles. Lightweight, comfortable and durable 👟
