Training is only one piece of the puzzle! 🧩
This week, we're focusing on nutrition, learning how to fuel your body, support your training and make better choices consistently.

Think protein, hydration, balanced meals and consistency. You don't need to overhaul everything overnight.

You got this!

🔥 MONDAY. LET’S GET TO WORK.

New week.
New goals.
Same commitment.

Don’t wait for motivation to find you — create it.

🏋️ Get your workout in
💥 Push a little harder
🎯 Stay focused on your goals
🙌 Show up for yourself

START STRONG. FINISH STRONGER.

Your week starts with the choices you make today.

📍 See you at the gym!

Motivation won’t always be there. And that’s okay. 💪

Discipline is showing up when you don’t feel like it. It’s keeping the promises you made to yourself, even on the days when your motivation disappears.

The results come from the days you *almost* talked yourself out of it… but showed up anyway. 🔥

Keep going. Stay consistent. Your future self will thank you. 🏆
