Just wanted to say a huge shoutout and massive congratulations to all 27 of our incredible Butterfly Effect Auckland 2025 athletes! 🦋💪
Last weekend, you all showcased so much grit, determination, and next-level teamwork — exactly what MZCF is all about! Whether it was your first comp or 15th, not only did you represent us with heart, but you also held the standard when it came to movement quality, character and integrity. 👌
There were many of the challenges that come with this sport, judging and on the floor decisions, scoring etc and you all took it in your stride and focussed on the things that were in your control and absolutely smashed it! 🙌 You looked like a slick operation out on the floor for sure! 👌
Special mention and thanks to Coach who worked tirelessly behind the scenes for weeks working on the MZCF team uniforms, organising and running those early Saturday training practice sessions, constant communication and answering random questions at all hours, providing helpful tips and info and of course those epic and mighty handy team and coach booklets all while still working full time! It truly is appreciated more than you know, Cindy!🫶💖
For as many athletes you see in the picture, we also had an absolute legion of MZCF, crew, friends and family supporters.🤯 Thank you so much to all the supporters who took time out of their Saturday to travel up and cheer from the sidelines.

Doing what you can with what you’ve got on the day is what’s it’s all about! For some of us that meant PB’s 🥳 and for some of us that meant just surviving the next workout - and both are epic! 💪😤👍
