I Am Hope is a youth and community-focused foundation dedicated to normalising conversations around mental health, and striving for change, especially among youth who often grapple with distressing self-talk and feelings of isolation. Over the past decade, the organisation has engaged with over 300,000 students in schools across New Zealand.

I Am Hope encourages young people to seek help, fostering positive outcomes.

Proud to once again support our charity partner LIVIN with the 2026 Q1 Stair Challenge! ❤️

77 floors. 230 metres. One great challenge.

The Stair Challenge brought the community together to raise awareness for mental health and encourage more open conversations.

Our Snap Fitness team was on the ground on the Gold Coast, and reaching the top on a beautiful Gold Coast winter morning was a real moment of resilience and achievement — a fitting way to finish the challenge.

We’re proud of our ongoing partnership with LIVIN and the opportunity to support the important work they do to promote mental health awareness across Australia. ❤️

Snap Fitness is proud to mark its second consecutive year as Official Gym Partner of City2Surf, one of the world's largest fun runs. 🏃

Today's event brought together 80,000 runners for the iconic 14km course from Sydney's C*D to Bondi Beach, with clear skies throughout the day.

A big thank you to NovoFit for supporting runners with a recovery zone at the finish line. Snap Fitness was on the ground supporting runners from around the globe. Congratulations to everyone who participated in the event!

Saying goodbye to Navi as he has taken off to explore the 🌍 ✈️. For 3 years Navi has been a huge part of our culture and community here at Te Rapa & has had a big impact on many of our members, whether from personal trianing, chats or the daily smile and fist pump we will all miss you!

Our community is blessed to have SO many amazing women! And today I would like to recognise these two fabulous ladies. 😍

Judy (pic1) joined 2 months ago with the aim to make her workouts during her lunch break.
(Referred by her colleague Sam who also trains on lunch breaks).

With her goal set & consistency she has built this into her every day!
Keep it up Judy, doing amazing!👏

Janice (pic2) joined with me two years ago, however one of our after hours members who we never get to see in person..🙃
She has always been in early before work and is now working out at 2am! Was such a treat to be able to reward Janice in person today.

So if you are:
