"People"

It's about people when you come here, we want people to feel comfortable but also get uncomfortable with the trainings, lift heavier push there limits but also just be them.

A place where we know each others name and swear at the boss when burpees go up on the board lol , weather its to get a break or just be around good people, this is us Keepa studio’s Te-atatu Te-atatu lets train fam , letzgo!!

More then just a run, stoked to complete 15km, wanted that 20 but ankles didn't, to see the brothers and meet new bro's n sisters🫡 love to all, all for love for each other, we do this together. To my Keepa studio’s Te-atatu members Sharon Gillard & Chris Gillard who came down to take some of the load, appreciate you more then u know🫶🏼 rain hail or shine
