We are heading to HY.......X and nows the perfect time to get your prep in.

Sunday 5th July is our first class and we are opening it up to the public, so letzgo.

$15 per person, $25 for both classes
Free for Keepa studio’s Te-atatu members

This is your chance to get the reps in, enjoy some lunges, wall balls and get ready, weather its your first time or doing it again, come through and letzgo.

We also have opened it up for anyone to come and get some prep done for $15 a sesh

We will be practising movements needed and strengths ro help you prep for this event.

6 pm Tuesdays and we'll also be adding a sunday morning soon too.
