When you find that person that keeps you accountable, add consistency. You get results 💪

With no expectation to win but just complete this challenge together. These super mums just got on with it. Even with the chaos of their lives around them. They didn’t complain, they joined in on the extras, they probably eyerolled 🤭 but they got it done and done together the whole 6 weeks 🔥 ❤️🤍💙

They're both no strangers to an F45 medal, you get what you put in. Even in-between challenges so smashing this one out together makes this one a little more special 🥇 They were there for each other in the rain and the sun! Love to see your work ladies 🤩
