YNRA run club 🏃‍♀️🤩

Rainy miles didn’t stop the smiles!’

Not sure when June will give us some sunshine again but the good thing about running together is that your too busy chatting to even worry about the weather 😊

Two brilliant runs tonight, 3km with our young runners and 5km with Catherine, Alex and Freddie! Super running everyone!

Hoping for sunny weather next week 🤞🏃‍♀️

Medal Monday 🤩🏅

Team ‘Average runners’ at Endure 24.. 24 hours to complete as many 5 mile laps as possible!

23 laps between us - 115 miles
6 solo laps - 30 miles each
4 very broken bodies 😂

First time doing an event like this.. couldn’t have asked for a better team to do it with, thank you Al, Marv and Gaz for the banter and encouragement throughout, we got eachother through some dark moments lol, but as much as 24 hours running a hilly route and being in a tent with you was.. never again 😂

Super event, very well organised and run! Hardest thing I’ve ever done!!

After half term we were back.. and back with a bang!!

What a turnout for all of our runs! It was so great to have so many of you there and seeing our little community we’ve built at its best, with everyone chatting and laughing away before, during and after our runs.

Couldn’t have asked for a better group of you!

Great runs last night, everyone progressing so well each week and it’s brilliant to see!

Client of the month 🤩🏃‍♀️

Introducing May’s client of the month Tom!

Wow what a month.. a half marathon, a few 10kms including a 10km PB and a 5km PB at his last park run! Incredible!

Tom started his running plan a couple of months ago and he has just gone from strength to strength! The improvement in such a short space of time is amazing and credit to him and all his dedication and hard work! It’s been a pleasure working with you and looking forward to seeing what you achieve in the next few months!

Bring on Maidenhead half marathon and Manchester marathon, your time to shine! Proud of you!

MEDAL MONDAY 🤩🏅

A special medal Monday this week where we share some highlights from when Team YNRA take on Green park 10km and 3km yesterday 💛🖤

What a brilliant morning, a great event and some huge PB’s! Here’s some highlights: ⬇️

Oscar absolutely flying round the 3km in 12:18! What a super run, so proud of you! He was so speedy we didn’t have the camera ready to film him down the home straight 😂

Georgie and Nola both ran brilliantly round the 3km and mini mile! Both with amazing runs and big smiles!

Stacey and Hannah both did the 10km and we loved it, great route and we really enjoyed it. Stacey knocked a huge 4 minutes off her PB and even though the last 2km was tough it was worth it in the end for the PB feeling 🤩 Hannah with a great run and even though she was nervous to start with she was absolutely brilliant throughout.

Serena and Grayson with a brilliant run in the 3km.. Grayson taking it in his stride and running the whole thing with a super time!

It was so great to see our YNRA T shirts in action and the smiles from you all on race day! You definitely earnt those medal.. so proud of you and all your hard work!

The fab 4 🤩🏃‍♀️💪

What a great photo of Alex, Ollie, Robyn and Freddie in their Great Britain vests and with their medals after competing in the OCR European Championships over in Portugal.

Look at those smiles! We are beyond proud of you and your achievements! Well done everyone, we can’t wait to hear all about it.

You are all superstars and what an achievement to represent your country 🤩

Here we go.. what a week some of our run club members have coming up 🤩🏃‍♀️

Alex, Ollie, Freddie and Robyn are all off to represent Great Britain in the OCR European Championships! We’re so proud of you all. What a huge privilege it is to run with you each week and see all the hard work you put in doing what you do. It is extremely impressive to be representing your country at this age. I’ve loved seeing you at and seeing the great work you all do with Lou. A super little community at the hub I’d recommend to anyone!

Not only are you super talented but your all lovely children too, I can’t wait to see how you get on this week! Best of luck!

Your dedication, hard work and effort is always so impressive! I have no doubt you’ll all be amazing. Can’t wait to hear all about it!

What a difference a week makes.. pure sunshine compared to last weeks hail storm!

I promise there was no moaning from anyone about it being too hot 😂😜

Super runs in the sunshine with you all, you all did really well. Thank you for coming!

Just a reminder no run club next week for half term we will be back on the 4th 😊

Client recap 🤩🏃‍♀️

It’s been a great few weeks of individual one on one runs with these guys.. some great runs, times and distances over the last few weeks!

Whilst not knowing if we will get sunshine, hail, wind or rain 😂 it hasn’t stopped them getting out each week!

Well done everyone, looking forward to seeing what you all achieve in the next few weeks!

Medal Monday 🤩🏅

Another Monday another great selection of medals. Well done team on some great runs!

1️⃣ Stacey, Louie and Olivia all took part in the Dinton summer series. Olivia and Louie in the children’s run and Stacey with a brilliant 5km run 🙌🤩

2️⃣ Jo also completed the Dinton summer series 5km with a great time 🤩👏

3️⃣ Tom smashed his 10km PB at the Dinton 10km summer series, straight off the back of his Bracknell half marathon! Epic running Tom!!

4️⃣ Tom and Lauren also completed the Binfield 10km yesterday, so the Lauren getting a PB too! Well done Lauren 😊

Can’t wait to see the next races you all do and the hard work pay off!
