That is over a pound of fat lost per week, every week

For a whole year

That is incredible

From an inconsistent gym routineĀ 

To being one of the most consistent gym goers and clients i’ve ever seen

we’re currently on a small diet break where we’ve increased calories to give him a break

In which bodyweight has still come down, with a significant increase in food

But we’re just getting started…

I’m super excited to see what the next 5,10,15 kg coming off looks like

Too many people expect results like this in a couple of wees and expect it to work

(It doesn’t)

Like i said to Ryan at the startšŸ‘‡

i can’t promise you will lose all the fat by tomorrow…

but i can promise we will get it off and keep it offšŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø

(all whilst getting strong as hell too)
