Big shout out to hitting 85kg for 3 reps as part of her rebuild and over 10kg weight loss.
Impressive on its own but just over 9months ago Ellen had a meniscus tear at another gym and couldn't squat at all struggling with all lower body movements but really wanted to get her weight down strength up and be pain free so all that can be Emotional, fortunately I was nice enough to take her back and we have really rebuilt the knee progressing slowly to running as well now and started losing BW again.

Can't wait to see what she does next getting back to the pre baby weight and being stronger and fitter than ever.

Remember the quickest way to rehab is also progressive overload and basic movements.

Before I say thankyou to everyone else who mad the gym happen again this one deserves a special thankyou.
Without her there would be no gym, I would of lost my s**t and temper with some people, she's given up so much recently, doing our house lates nights working on the gym the added pressures and stress financially and mentally the pressure on us both, putting up with me leaving at 4:30 and getting home at 11:30 reinforcing don't do that and calm down and get on with it and keeping here as well

Big shout out .ujvar smashing her training and nutrition.

Charlotte was really worried about coming to the gym having never trained a day in her life and having auto immune disease.

But she has got stuck in trusted me on nutrition and smashed her training. As you can see now from her blood work she is in the normal range and only been here a few months.

Big shoutout to a long time client, for dialling in and really getting to work on her training.
Also big shout out to her sister for the before photo.

We don't even know how big she was before had to zoom out but definitely worth an update and see how amazing she looks now and getting fitter and strong at the same time.

If you're worried about starting don't, just do it the results and progressions are always insane at our gym and j can guarantee nearly everyone was worse off when they started than you.
