Big shout out to hitting 85kg for 3 reps as part of her rebuild and over 10kg weight loss.
Impressive on its own but just over 9months ago Ellen had a meniscus tear at another gym and couldn't squat at all struggling with all lower body movements but really wanted to get her weight down strength up and be pain free so all that can be Emotional, fortunately I was nice enough to take her back and we have really rebuilt the knee progressing slowly to running as well now and started losing BW again.
Can't wait to see what she does next getting back to the pre baby weight and being stronger and fitter than ever.
Remember the quickest way to rehab is also progressive overload and basic movements.
