It is with so much regret & sadness to officially say that this Tuesday’s class will be out last Blitz 😞😞

You guys have filled my heart and the room with your strength , resilience , power & determination every… single…Tuesday & I CANNOT thank you enough for being such a wonderful crew.

Supporting eachother , pushing through the last few weight reps , powering yourselves around the circuits & always bringing it 🌟🌟

So one more time this Tuesday team

Well it’s more slippers & feet up here tonight ! ( especially after class today!) but you know what I mean !!

Well done all ((BOUNCE)) ers this week 💪🙌 … it’s never easy..
You wouldn’t come if it was !
But I love watching the progression 👌

The extra squat , extra rep on weights , the courage to try a heavier weight , the sprint to the actual end ! , that final abs crunch ☑️☑️☑️

As we say … you may as well right!
