Since January 2023

Q. What made you start at CFP?

My boyfriend Elliott. He kept going on about how great CFP was. So I signed up to the foundations class and realised what a great coach Floyd was. I then committed to signing up to CFP and it was such an amazing, supportive group of people. I cancelled my other gym membership and never looked back.

Q. What’s the best bit?

The people. No one celebrates your wins more than the CFP community. And the banter’s alright too.

Q. What would you say to others who are interested in giving our gym a go?

Sign up! It’ll be the best decision you’ll ever make. And you’ll get super strong, which is really cool.
