Q. How long have you been a member?
A. I joined CFP just over 10 years ago, in April 2016 after a friend recommended CrossFit to me.

Q. What made you start at CFP?
A. With a box right on my doorstep at Dolphin Climbing Centre, I gave it a try and was hooked from my first class. Although I’ve had periods away due to having children and work commitments, I’m now more committed than ever and really enjoying my training.

Q. What's the best bit of the gym?
A. ⁠The best thing about this gym is the incredible community. I feel there is a genuine bond between members and being here always lifts my mood and makes me smile.

Q. What would you say to others who are interest at giving CFP a go?
A. ⁠If you’re feeling stuck or uninspired by your current gym, or you just want to try something new, I’d highly recommend CFP. It feels like you’re having fun with friends, and before you know it, you’ve completed a challenging workout.

"Murph" is a CrossFit Hero workout dedicated to US Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. Performed globally, the goal is to complete the following as quickly as possible:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
Option to partion as you see fit and if you fancy it wearing a 9/7kgweighted vest.
