BASE SPACE Pilates PILATES LED TRAINING Empowered Movement and Nature is the Vibe of our Tribe. with Tribes in Dorset, London and Hastings.

We host a variety of outdoor fitness bootcamps as well as Personal Training. We also have Reformer Pilates and Ballet Barre studio in Dorset. Physical fitness and mobility, mental health, nature, community and building friendships are what we are about. No matter your body type, fitness ability or injury, we will work with you to reach your goals safely. our Tribe Leaders are extremely experienced

, knowledgeable and uplifting, and we only want the best for you, your body and mind. We train in ALL weathers, all year round... so come prepared with your water plus your sunscreen / raincoat /gloves / snow plough... you get the picture!
