I have 7 months to turn everything around and so do you.

Personally goal and business goals.

Each New year I sit down and write myself a massive goal list and break it down into family (4 goals), personal (17 goals) and business (17goals).

I have currently completed 1/ 38 goals.

BUT 30 are on target for the end of the year.

The other 8 need more attention and one is my personally health. This year I set out to put myself first meaning to try and get a 40% family 30% personal and 30% business balance

Most years I go 60% business, 30% family and 10% personal.

So as you can see I wanted to make a massive change and to be honest, I am failing at it but each day I work to find that balance.

Just remember to keep sight of your goals and make a plan to reach them before the end of 2026.

If it’s fitness based we can help you and our team will give their all to help you reach those goals but you need to do the work. Unfortunately we can’t do it for you.

Remember to create time for your fitness.

YES kids should have their fitness classes/ sport also but when do you get time to do yours.

Set aside 3 hours per week for you to work on your fitness. Your kids need you to be fit and healthy as much as you want to see that little smile on their faces.

They won’t remember a swimming session but they will remember the bike rides with mum.

Or that time mum won the school mums race.

Or that time mum raced me up the hill.

Or the time I watched my mum work on her fitness.

So please just remembers everyone’s time should be penciled in for their fitness.

You can still enjoy satisfying, balanced foods while working towards your goals

But it does require:

📔 Planning ahead
🤔 Being mindful of portions
📖 Tracking properly

Because “eyeballing” food is one of the easiest ways to accidentally overeat… or even undereat.

A calorie deficit should feel sustainable — not restrictive.

The 80/20 rule 80% on point 20% foods you can’t do with out! Mine is sauces I love them but still track amounts.

The goal is consistency, not punishment 🍽️

Our new training block starts next Monday day.

What does that mean?

It means we release the next 4 week phase of our unique programme.

Every 4 weeks we change your stimulus and give you a variety of different exercise to:

#1: keep the body guessing and adapting
#2: prevent boredom of the same routine with no variety

We can’t take the first step for you but we can help you once you enter our female only gym. Then we can guide you through your fitness journey.

So please reach out and make the first step to a fitter you with a simple message “I am ready” and we will take it from here.

Compare your options.

1-2-1 Personal Training has its place.

BUT 95% of them give a below average product.

They then up late, guess your next moves with what machines are free at the time. They give you a high five and then just see you next week. Most of the time there is no flexibility.

Image a coach that reaches out to see how you are getting on. They compare your stats and then guide you one them. Set you a new goal every 60-90days. Setting small weekly targets/wins to help you reach your main goal.
