Did you know! That our timetable has 56 different time slots for you to train?

We provide 90% of these training hours outside of the typical 9-5pm job rolls and the 10% is for our ladies who have the kids school drop off.

Now if you can’t find 3 hours to train outside of your 40 hour working week then we can’t help you.

But if you want to invest 3 plus hours per week into your health, fitness and longevity then we have just over 50 hours per week for you to come into Aligned and let us take control.

Let us do the hard work and guide you through your fitness journey.

All we are asking for is 3 hours of your week 🙏🏼

Would you commit 3 hours of your week to feel healthier, fitter, more comfortable in your clothes and a more confident version of yourself?

There are 168 hours available in a week.

So, 3 hours is less than 2% of it 🤯

Think about how much time you spend scrolling on social media or watching TV at night…

It’s so easy to feel like you’re always busy because you’re filling all of your spare time with these mindless distractions.

Do you really not have time … ?

Or have you just got into the habit of saying you don’t have time and convinced yourself that it’s true?

As we get older balance plays a massive role in day to day life.

Ever seen someone elderly and frail and they look unsteady when they walk.

We combat this in our sessions by doing single leg work and for your body to feel unbalance to help create more balance.

All our member see this view regularly.

'I miss nothing'

As a coach you have 30 seconds to see something and correct it. Its ok to ask someone to stop a lift for their safety and to teach them to preform the correct technique.

This week has been a crazy one.

Our perfect gym provided:
- published a new 4 week programme
- 56 hour slots of coaching
- Coached 203 ladies through workouts
- 81% getting completing 3 workouts this week (consistancey is key)
- Published 7 socail media posts (thanks for liking)
- Took to many videos
- onboarded 7 new members
- laughed
- Coached 31 sessions
- Coached 5 Personal Training sessions
- Sent 5 Birthday cards
- posted everyday on stories

Personal life has been crasy also:
- Julianne is not 15 weeks pregant (at this rate it will be here next week)
- Coached Northern Ireland Dodgeball 4 hours (4 weeks out)
- Ordered a new kit (IBrand)
- analysed 3 past international games
- got two workout in
- walked Niko 3 times
- taught 8 different units across 3 days at NRC
- washed the cars
- cut the grass
- watched United get hammered twice
- started watching the House of the Dragon
- I built a lego set (secret hobby)

Next week is going to even bigger (not sure where the time will come from)
- might has to do 430am starts
- Post more in the Facebook group
- Set match tactics for European Championships
- Implement "why lifting heavier is important"
- Coach SGT Sessions
- Personal training (4)
- Coach International Dodgeball (select game player) (2DAYS)
- Walk Niko
- Eat Breakfast
- Prepare teaching classes
- look at prams (any advice will help)
- Make someone smile everyday
- Organise Aligned Christmas dinner

Well thats me busted even thinking about this. A busy week ahead.

Hence the tired Thursdays.
