3 and a bit years from I last competed. Definitely wasn’t meant to be that long.

Took the platform a great day out. Very proud of the team that runs this comp. A massive appreciation!

What a way to close out 2025!
A huge highlight for us was seeing step onto the platform as our youngest member, turning just 15. Having only started training a few months ago — and even pushing through a setback with a dislocated knee — she took to the platform this weekend and absolutely owned it, lifting with the confidence of someone who’s been competing for years.

First time on the platform, and she showed exactly where she belongs. The future is bright.

Abbie finished with a flawless 9/9 day, hitting:
75kg Squat
30kg Bench
100kg Deadlift

Proud is an understatement. Onward and upward! 💪🖤
