We have been established for over 20 years and specialise in all areas of martial arts including - Kickboxing - MMA - Muay Thai - Boxing - Krav Maga - Weaponry and more! Gym Closed: Saturday 20th June! 🛑

We are very excited to be taking a team of fighters to a competition this weekend! 🥊💥
We want to congratulate the whole team on all their incredible hard work during this camp, and wish them the massive luck they deserve. They've put in the sweat, now it's time to shine!
Because our coaching staff will be away supporting the fighters, the gym will be closed for the day. Thank you all for understanding, and let’s bring home some wins! 🏆

Had an amazing time at the Interclub on Sunday. The level of talent on display was unbelievable, but what stood out even more was the sportsmanship.
Seeing fighters push each other to the absolute limit, trade heavy shots, and then immediately embrace and walk out as friends is exactly how combat sports should be. No egos, just pure martial arts, mutual respect, and growth. Proud of the fighters we are building in this community 🥊
